TERMS OF SERVICE

Copyright​

  • Commissioned art will be used as my portfolio. I (the artist) has the right to use the finished commissions as part of my portfolio. Commissioner still owns the copyright to the characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the character. Ownership all original art remains with the artist, for example: I can post the commission on my social media or anywhere I want, using it for tutorials (I may ask for your permission), etc.

  • ​Commissions are for your personal use only. You have rights to repost the art on your social media, print the artwork for yourself, etc. without making any profit, money for it, and giving me as the artist for the art.

  • You are not allowed to edit, trace, take the credit for the art and make money from it.

  • You may not use any part of the image for commercial purposes. Please remember that any activity that promotes or generates revenue is considered commercial activity. If you wish to gain commercial rights to a commissioned piece, you must pay the commercial fee. 

Payment​

  • I accept Paypal| US Dollars ($ - USD) /Wise (Transferwise) for foreigners. Or banking/momo for Vietnamese. After confirming your request, I will send an invoice through Paypal. The payment is included in Paypal transaction fee. Commissioners will pay for the PayPal transaction fee.

  • 100% payment upfront. Unless your total come over $250+, you can pay 70% before the sketch and 30% after the sketch.

Process​

  • 100% payment upfront, I will do the sketch after that.

  • You can ask me to fix things if you are not satisfied with in the artwork when it is still in sketch, however I'll charge fee after 2 times. After that It will cost 10$ for the change.

  • I'll fix for free only if I misunderstand the references and draw wrong.

  • I will state an approximate completion date, about 1-3 months due to work load, if you insist on it being rushed (earlier than the completion date), there will be a rush fee.


Refund

  • When I can't working on it for personal reasons:100%

  • When you accept the sketch that I have done but I can't finish it for personal reason: 70%
